UL CyberPark is planned as a 25 acre IT sector specific Special Economic Zone (SEZ).  This is the first IT Park in Kerala, conceived as a fully green campus with all processing buildings designed for green standard certification.

The vision of UL CyberPark is to provide a world class, cost effective green certified work space for enabling high performing knowledge based industry.

The mission is to build over 2 million square feet of IT space in the zone and another million square feet worth of support space.

UL CyberPark will target an assortment of small, mid size and large Indian and multi national IT/ITeS companies to set up their operations within the Park.

About 73% of the land will be utilized for the processing area and only 27% of the land will be used for non processing and residential.

UL CyberPark  will be committed to provide incubation facility to deserving start-up initiatives by providing ready to occupy furnished modules of the required number of seats.

The fundamental philosophy on which the concept of UL CyberPark is based is on our commitment to nature. The entire premise is going to be master planned as an environmentally friendly campus.
