The following members constitute the Board of Directors:

1. P Remeshan – President of ULCCS since 1995, Member of Board of Directors, NLCF, New Delhi. Member in National Advisory Council on Labour Co-operatives, New Delhi. (NACLC), Member in Sub Committee for Co-operation in Kerala  State Planning Board, Management Committee Member of Calicut Management Association affiliated to Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIMK). A visionary who turned ULCCS from a financially struggling stage to India’s best firm in its kind during the last few years. Mr P Remeshan will function as the CMD of the Board.
    
2. K G Girish Babu –Founder CEO of Infopark, Kochi, a seasoned professional having hands on experience of over 28 years in the development of Industry and Information Technology. He has worked as Project Manager in KSIDC and KELTEC, as Sr Mission Coordinator and Chief Operating Officer (IT Parks) in Kerala State IT Mission. In the IT industry, he has worked as President & CEO of iORMYX India. Mr Girish Babu was responsible for conceiving and setting up Infopark at Kochi and bringing major IT campuses and companies to Kerala. Mr Girish Babu will function as the CEO of UL Cyberpark.
    
3. Shilen Sagunan – Managing Director and CEO of Arbitron India who has two decades of leadership and management experience in Information Technology Solutions and multidisciplinary engineering research. Was functioning as the Director/Vice President  of Arbiron USA (2003 to 2008). Has wide global exposure and was instrumental in setting up many vendor relations and contracts with technology service providers based in Europe, India and China. He is an  MTech in Aerospace Technology from IIT Bombay. Graduate in Mech Engg from NIT, Kozhikode. Mr Shilen will function as a non executive Director.
    
4. M M Surendran – Director of ULCCS Ltd. Undertaken and successfully completed projects worth Rs. 150 crores strictly adhering to time and quality standards under his directorship. Major Projects include - Kerala Sustainable Urban Development Project aided by World Bank in Kozhikode, Sarovaram (Tourism Project), N.H By Pass Phase II, III and Edasserrykadavu Bridge.
    
5. Shaju S - Secretary of ULCCS Ltd. Post graduate in Finance (M.Com). Actively supporting the Board of the Society in implementing its strategic decisions. Managing Finance and General Administration for the last 10 years.
    
6. TRS Umesh – is an FCA and CISA (Certified Information System Auditor), trained BS 7799 Lead Auditor, Experienced in Statutory Audit of large and medium corporate, Audits Public limited and Private Limited companies, Large Partnership firms, Societies, Trusts and Hospitals.
