Commercial spaces within the processing buildings or spaces in commercial buildings in the non processing areas can be offered to potential business groups with proven track record to offer services such as food kiosks, food courts, commercial sales outlets etc. subject to the regulations under the SEZ scheme.
Large business groups can also approach UL CyberPark for Co developer status for building Service / Residential Apartments, commercial complexes etc in the non processing zone of the Park, subject to the SEZ guidelines.
